It always feels like a wonder, a miracle and a delight to see your own words translated into other languages, and your books finding new audiences. And, as a Chinese speaker, it is a particular pleasure when I find things I have written making their way into Chinese. So I’m utterly delighted that Hello, Stranger: Stories of Connection in a Divided World is now available in Chinese as 你好,陌生人:一位人类学家的心灵重建之旅, which translates as “Hello, Stranger: An Anthropologist’s Journey of Spiritual Reconstruction.” The translation is by Lanfang Wen 温兰芳, and the book is available now from the Zhejiang People’s Publishing House (浙江人民出版社).
